As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities in the legal sector. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs and promoting our services to meet those needs effectively.As a Sales Executive, your entrepreneurial spirit is more than welcome here. Not only will you be the face of our business, but you will also be our resident sales guru! Current or former Paralegals and Legal Assistants with strong legal knowledge interested in Sales are encouraged to apply!Key responsibilities:Identify and target potential clients in the legal industry in need of temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire recruiting assistance through market research, prospecting, and lead generation.Lead growth initiatives and marketing campaigns aimed at law firm partners, associates, government attorneys, corporate general counsel, and other pertinent legal professionals and support staff.Generate new business leads and opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other appropriate channels.Execute effective business development activities including, building client relationships, marketing candidates, identifying cross-selling opportunities and scheduling client meetings.Meet with prospects and clients virtually and in person in the Northeast MarketDevelop a comprehensive understanding of our legal staffing services and how they address client challenges.Negotiate and sell our staffing solutionsDevelop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the legal market.Present our services to potential clients, addressing their inquiries and objections professionally.Maintain minimum standard performance measures including weekly activity requirements for connects, client meetings and leads, as well as established monetary productivity requirementsAccountable for logging of all sales activity into company CRM in real timeQualifications and skills:Bachelor's degree OR five (5) years of professional work experience, with a preference for candidates with a legal background.Reside within the Northeast Market - NYC, NJ, DC, Philadelphia, Baltimore, or Boston, or similarProficient in cold calling, providing solutions, growing accounts, reviewing metrics and delivering presentations.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, go getter, displays relentless competitiveness in a fast-pace, rewarding environment.Adaptability and willingness to learn about new services, legal industry trends, and client needs.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook with the ability to effectively utilize these tools to support sales activities within the legal sector.Anticipated Salary: The anticipated salary for this position is $50,000 unless outlined below. This position includes an incentive program that may include bonus andor commission.California - $66,560Colorado - $55,000New York City; Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester Counties - $62,400New York- All Other Locations - $58,458.40Washington - $67,724.80Benefit offerings for full-time employment may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans and reimbursement and retirement programs.
