Unable to sponsor working visasPosition Overview:We are seeking a Clinical Analyst with a focus on procedure suite operations, ideally with experience in surgery IT and holding an Epic Optime certification. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our healthcare operations by leveraging their expertise in procedure suite workflows and technical skills to support the implementation and enhancement of our clinical systems.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to understand and analyze procedure suite workflows, identify opportunities for optimization, and propose innovative solutions.Configure, implement, and maintain clinical systems with a specific focus on procedure suite applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.Provide end-user support and training on procedure suite applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of clinical systems.Collaborate with IT teams to perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical operations.Participate in project teams to support the implementation of new clinical systems, upgrades, and enhancements, including requirement gathering, testing, and documentation.Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to procedure suite operations and clinical informatics.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Information Technology, Nursing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience working with clinical systems, with a focus on procedure suite operations.Must be Epic-certified in Optime, Ambulatory, or Orders, with a focus on outpatient procedure workflows.Strong understanding of surgical workflows and procedures.Experience in configuring and supporting clinical systems, preferably in a healthcare setting.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex workflows and propose effective solutions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Hybrid role: Expect to be onsite 1-2 days per week for rounding and hands-on machine break-fix support.
