Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to manage a diverse caseload of pre-litigation and litigation files. This role requires expertise in all phases of litigation, from initial caseassessment and investigation through trial, if necessary. The attorney will work closely with a skilledteam of paralegals and legal assistants to effectively represent our clients' interests.Key Responsibilities:● Handle a diverse caseload of personal injury claims through all stages of litigation and pre-litigation.● Draft legal documents including demands, pleadings, motions, and briefs.● Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense attorneys effectively.● Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings with confidenceand professionalism.● Maintain active communication with clients to gather information, provide case updates, andensure a positive client experience.● Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client advocacy.● Work closely with a dedicated team of paralegals, legal assistants, and the litigationdepartment to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.● Embody the firm's ethos of dedication and adaptability, embracing challenges with resilienceand a commitment to delivering excellence.● Seize opportunities for professional growth and development within the firm, leveraging technological proficiency and legal acumen to drive success.Job Requirements:● A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.● Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of practice.● A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation is an advantage.
