Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to manage a diverse caseload of pre-litigation and litigation files. This role requires expertise in all phases of litigation, from initial caseassessment and investigation through trial, if necessary. The attorney will work closely with a skilledteam of paralegals and legal assistants to effectively represent our clients' interests.Key Responsibilities:â— Handle a diverse caseload of personal injury claims through all stages of litigation and pre-litigation.â— Draft legal documents including demands, pleadings, motions, and briefs.â— Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense attorneys effectively.â— Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings with confidenceand professionalism.â— Maintain active communication with clients to gather information, provide case updates, andensure a positive client experience.â— Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client advocacy.â— Work closely with a dedicated team of paralegals, legal assistants, and the litigationdepartment to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.â— Embody the firm's ethos of dedication and adaptability, embracing challenges with resilienceand a commitment to delivering excellence.â— Seize opportunities for professional growth and development within the firm, leveraging technological proficiency and legal acumen to drive success.Job Requirements:â— A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.â— Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of practice.â— A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation is an advantage.
