POSITION SUMMARYThe Consultant Care Specialist is responsible for diverse day-to-day consultant facing activity, to include: Inbound and outbound phone calls, consultant and recruiter directed emails, and consultant support.RESPONSIBILITIESInitiate outbound calls to consultants to learn about their consultant, client, and Oxford experiences, in an effort to provide superior customer service experience.Answer inbound calls and emails to assist consultants with various inquiries, including escalated conflict resolution.Navigate relevant systems to provide world class customer service to all stakeholders.Act as an extension of our recruiting team to aid our consultants with their questions throughout the life cycle of their assignment at Oxford.Respond to inquiries from management, clients, etc.Provide project assistanceanalysis as needed.Handle research requests for detaildocumentation as needed.Performed working hours 8:30AM-5PM eastern time.Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in, Business Administration or related field.1-3 years of experience in a customer service role.Excellent organizational skills.Strong interpersonal and communications skills.Proven excellent customer service skills. Detail oriented individual with excellent worktime organizational skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.Prior outbound Call Center or Inside Sales Customer Service experience.Work in a team environment as well as independently.Self-motivated to meet deadlines, multitask and prioritize.Salesforce experience preferred.Supervision Exercised: noneSupervision Received: Consultant Care Supervisor
