Job Description:

Work on the newly completed floors assisting associates.Patrol the floors looking for yellow stickers on desk points and determine if there is an issue.Testing desk points that have a yellow sticker and removing the yellow stickers.Documenting any issues resolved and create documentation if not a user error.Creating and resolving service now tickets for the work that they complete.Work with the Neighborhood leads on each floor.Push the monitor driver via MECM or assist a person with the driver install from Software Center of associates that are visiting or were missed on the driver deployment.Assist users with device connectivity.
