Functional Consults with property management regarding engineering, procurement, construction projects including scope, budgets and schedulingConsults with property management responsible for directing, maintaining, and repairing overall facilities operations to include but not limited to interior and exterior maintenance of all buildings, exterior grounds, mechanical systems, lighting and other equipment such as utilities, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, electricity, natural gas, as well as elevators, kitchen appliances and televisionsResponsible for assisting in the negotiations and terms of service agreements and contractsResponsible for managing contractor and vendor relationships, workloadstasks and invoicingSupervises multiple active projects at one timeTeam player acting as liaison between property management, design teams, sales teams and installation contractors to ensure proper and timely completion of projects.Assists property management to ensure compliance and documentation of all applicable safety requirementsAssists in the oversight for entire project contract, planning and implementationConducts DailyWeeklyMonthly meetings with property executives and vendors throughout design, start up, performance testing and final acceptance of projectsAnalyzes property needs and operations and incorporates this into estimates for additional servicesfeaturesinstallation or for changes to approved project scopeParticipate in the development of proposals including estimating, feasibility and solutionsPrepares material procurement, construction, and project plan documentsWorks directly with property Purchasing and Facilities departments to provide assistance and ensure quality control of installations and project completionsResponsible for monitoring and updating project job cost maintenance, capital reviewrecommendations, and ongoing capital project spendTracks, compiles and organizes data related to generating costs and schedules for installationsDetermines and communicates acceptable variances in procedures for specific projectsIdentifies new process improvements and technical changes that address property capital projects and ongoing maintenanceDevelops and utilizes process to alert key people of conditions and delays that may negatively affect deliverables and or costs for projects and on-going maintenanceAdhere to, interpret, support, and explain established company policies and procedures as well as applicable local, state, federal and other regulatory proceduresMust maintain the strictest confidence of any and all confidential and proprietary information disclosed by Rush Street Gaming entitiesTrains, coaches, assesses and reviews the job performance of Rush Street Gaming entities including both non-exempt and exempt team membersQualifications BS Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experienceSeven years or more of ConstructionProject Management experience. Ideal if prior experience was completing projects within an ongoing 247365 operationExperience with a facility larger than 300,000 square feet and multiple locations is preferredPE or PMP certification is desirableMinimum of five (5) years of people leadership experience, includes management of a technical team within an facilities, procurement and construction departments andor casinoHas served in a projectinstallation management position for large technical constructionexpansion projectsSolid understanding of OSHA regulations, compliance with building and safety codes and waste disposalStrong written and verbal communication skillsBudget development and management requiredAbility to read blueprints, drawing and related materialsDemonstrated ability to think pro-actively and problem solving skillsDemonstrated ability to multi-task and be a team playerDemonstrated interpersonal skills and customer focus approachDemonstrated organizational and time management skillsProven proficiency in Microsoft Applications such as Project, Excel, Word.Proven proficiency utilizing ERP applications and AutoCADProven ability to consistently meet or exceed deadline expectationsAbility to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing in multi-jurisdictionsPhysical and Mental Demands:Handles detailed, complex concepts and problems, balances multiple tasks simultaneously, and makes rapid decisions regarding health and welfare issues.Plans and meets deadlines. Maintains a flexible work schedule to meet the demands of executive management. Hours can be long and irregular, must possess the ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.Conveys a professional and positive image and attitude regarding Rush Street GamingDemonstrates commitment to continued professional growth and development.Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, twisting, bending, and lifting.The "1 Rush Street Fundamentals" (regularly displays the following):Have Fun at WorkDeliver Memorable Guest ExperiencesIntegrity in All ThingsRespect.
