This involves working closely with the change management team and various support teams, application teams - local and global. Provide regular updates on KPIs, SLAs, CSATs and team performance to the client management through weekly and Monthly client meetings.Build strong relationships with local and global support teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between different departments. Collaborate with technical teams to keep Windows Operating system up to date along with regular roll outs for Monthly Security updates, drivers and BIOS.
