Cellino's vision is to enable healthier lives worldwide with patient-specific treatments that can serve as the basis for therapies for a range of chronic degenerative diseases, including vision loss and Parkinson's disease.The RoleReporting to the Head of Public Engagement, the Visual Media Designer will advance the communication of Cellino's value proposition by directing the creation and development of multimedia pieces including but not limited to videos, graphics, websites, illustrations, presentation decks, and animations. These deliverables will be used to bolster company messaging across all channels, including investors, media, and potential partners. Leveraging their storytelling experience in developing multimedia assets for scientific audiences, the Visual Media Designer will develop a deep understanding of Cellino's technology in order to develop compelling and scientifically accurate multimedia pieces that communicate Cellino's key messages in ways that drive the achievement of business and scientific goals. This is a full-time position based on site at Cellino's office in Cambridge, MA. ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design: Creating scientifically accurate visual content for digital marketing materials, social media, company website, and promotional campaigns across all audiences relevant for Cellino.Video Production: Producing, managing, and editing videos with precision and high quality for various platforms including social media (particularly LinkedIn and XTwitter), corporate events, and internal communications. Assets will be created for both scientific and non-scientific audiences.Presentation Design: Designing and editing impactful presentation decks and infographics for events such as public speaking engagements and partner meetings.Brand Stewardship: Ensuring all visual content aligns with the company's branding guidelines and contributes to a cohesive brand identity.Technical Communication: Translating technical concepts into easily understandable explainer videos and other design solutions to communicate Cellino's value proposition and drive value for our key audiences.Collaborative Development: Serving as lead designer for external and select internal multimedia items, working in collaboration with the Head of Public Engagement and other members of the Leadership Team.
