Office CoordinatorWe are seeking a capable and dynamic Office Coordinator to join the team of one of the most well-known higher education institutes in the Boston area! The ideal candidate is a highly organized multitasker with administrative experience supporting executives or upper management and enjoys working in a busy office environment. This opportunity offers a hybrid work schedule, outstanding benefits, and competitive compensation. Our client is looking to start training ASAP, so applicants should be prepared for a quick turnaround!Compensation: $50-60KResponsibilities:Execute and manage the administrative activities for the day-to-day operations.Address client inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and thoroughly.Manage the inventory of office supplies and maintain cleanliness and tidiness of common areas.Scheduling and coordination of virtual and onsite interviews for the Recruiting team.Facilitation of company events, including monthly birthday celebrations, annual summer and holiday parties, and several other eventsoutings throughout the year.Assist with office expansion projects as needed.Perks:3 week PTO - 5 additional sick days.Medical - Dental - Vision.Subsidized tuition and education costsCasual environment.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.2-4+ years of experience in office management, executive, or administrative assistance, andor event planning.Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure.Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity & InclusionThe Hollister Group is an equal opportunity employer.
