We support our clinicians in building a thriving and profitable caseload upon a culture of values of innovation, professionalism, and healthy worklife balance.We are currently seeking licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) for full or part-time positions in our Toms River, NJ location. Clinicians have the option of onsite or hybrid schedulingPrimary Responsibilities:Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disordersProvide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complicationsRequired Qualifications:Masters degree in psychology, social work or a related counseling fieldActive, Independent license in New Jersey as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT2+ years clinical experienceExperience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and familiesSolid computer and basic technology skillsDemonstrated history of professional growth and developmentPreferred Qualifications: Competent with a wide range of clinical presentationsExperience with children or adolescentsExperience with couples or family counsellingExperience with health psychologySelf-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients New Jersey Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $72,000 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
