We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager for IMMEDIATE Hire!Company info: 3rd party operator-operate on behalf of owners and has worked with same owners for last 30 years1 open positions (Milwaukee Wisconsin)Ability to manage large-scale properties (270K SQ FT)Manage properties virtually in office. Some travel neededClass A medical office-dentist, cardiologist, surgeon centers, physical therapy, psychologist (NOT hospitals)Property manager experience ideally 7-10 yearsCompensation: $95K-105K + 10% bonusPrefer Bachelor degree but will make exception with relevant work experience in medical, healthcare, office or industrial or mix)
