Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and versatile Webmaster to join our dynamic team.  The ideal candidate will be proficient in content management across various platforms, including WordPress, Mailchimp, Squarespace, and custom sites.  This role demands exceptional attention to detail, proficiency in QA testing, and a proactive approach to identifying and rectifying errors.  The Webmaster plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of our digital assets while ensuring a seamless user experience. ResponsibilitiesContent ManagementAccurate and timely content entry across custom websites, WordPress, Mailchimp and Squarespace platforms.  This may involve coordinating with team members and clients to finalize content to ensure deadlines are met.Proficiency in updating images, changing out copy and ensuring consistency across all digital channels.  Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency in tone, style and messaging. As a Webmaster, you will collaborate closely with our content team, designers and the interactive team to ensure content is presented in a user-friendly way and intuitive manner. Together, you will implement updates and enhancements, ensuring the highest quality of our digital assets.2. Quality AssuranceConduct thorough QA testing to ensure the functionality, usability, display  and performance of digital assets across platforms.Identify and resolve content display, functionality, and user experience issues. Ensure content is rendered correctly across different devices, screen sizes and browsers.Test interactive elements such as forms, buttons, menus and navigation paths to ensure they function as intended and provide a seamless user experience.  Identify and report any bugs, errors or inconsistencies in functionality.  Maintain the highest quality standards. 3. CMS ManagementDevelop a deep understanding of our custom CMS and client CMS platforms, gaining proficiency in the features, functionalities, and capabilities of each CMS to effectively manage and update content. Continuously explore and learn new CMS functionalities to optimize workflow efficiency.Create, edit and publish content across multiple CMS platforms.Manage user accounts, roles and permissions within CMS platforms to control access to content editing capabilities and administrative functionalities. Organize and categorize content using tags and categories within the CMS platform.  Provide training and support to team members and clients on how to use the CMS platform effectively. Provide insights and recommendations for CMS improvements based on user feedback and industry best practices. 4. CollaborationWork closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to execute website updates and municate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables. Qualifications2+ years experience in content management across various platformsStrong proficiency in QA testing methodologies and tools with an eye for detailAbility to review and learn new CMS platforms quickly, with a willingness to explore and gain deeper insightsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsSelf-motivated and proactive with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlinesPrior experience in web development or design is a plus.
