You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.We look forward to meeting you.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>We are currently seeking to hire a Heavy Construction Equipment Asset Manager to join our team!You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a new role at our company to improve our construction equipment fleet and maximize return on investment for all things related to equipment repairs, tracking, utilization and life cycle across the entire company.This position is based in our western Pennsylvania corporate office, but will also have oversite and responsibility for our entire central Florida fleet as well.Responsibilities:Utilize equipment management software to organize fleet and manage repairsEvaluate equipment repair and utilization rates and give recommendations for removing equipment from the fleetDevelop and maintain a complete equipment inventoryidentification database including small equipmentCoordinate the administrative functions for titles, inspections, licensing, fuel stickers, etc.Schedule and manage the timely shop and field repair and maintenance function of all equipmentDevelop a network source for partsSchedule, organize and supervise all daily activities of all mechanicsEvaluate and budget all equipment repairsMaintain an appropriate inventory for maintenance and repairAnalyze statistics to identify areas of improvementTrack results and trends regularly for business forecastingReport on team and individual performanceDevelop and execute innovative strategiesSome yard management duties will also be included such as organization and procurementQualifications:Previous experience in management and data analysisExperience as a supervisor or managerFamiliarity with heavy construction equipment
