Job Description:

Strategic Staffing Solutions is looking for a seasoned SAFe and CSM Certified Scrum Master with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Agile methodologies, particularly within the Oil and Gas sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Agile frameworks, with a focus on SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) implementation and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification. In addition, proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) is essential for this role.Note-No Corp to Corp and Must be Local to Houston area. No RelocationResponsibilities:Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Coach and mentor Agile teams in SAFe principles and practices.Collaborate with Product Owners, Development Teams, and stakeholders to prioritize and manage product backlogs effectively.Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, retrospectives, and feedback loops.Lead and support multiple Agile teams in delivering high-quality products and solutions.Ensure alignment with organizational goals and adherence to Agile best practices.Qualifications:Must reside in the local Houston area.SAFe certification (SA, SPC, or equivalent) and CSM certification are required.Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.Strong knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar Agile project management tools.Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile methodologies in large-scale projects or programs.Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
