Job Description:

A TekStream client, a leading insurance broker, has an immediate need for a Senior Account Manager.The main goal and function of an Employee Health & Benefits Senior Account Manager is to assist the production team in the production and service of new and existing accounts. You will support a book of business consisting of mostly middle market accounts.Responsibilities:Ensure outstanding customer service is provided to clients, both directly and by other members of the production teamCommunicate closely with Producers and act as key liaison with clients to assess needs and provide solutions.Oversee, facilitate or execute newrenewal marketing process.Design detailed analyses and presentations for prospectclient meetings.Develop educational materials including Benefit Enrollment GuidesReview SPD's and agreementscontracts for accuracy.Assist clients with resources relative to HIPAA, COBRA, FLEX, ERISA, etc.Handle any claim resolutions and plan administration problems.Filing, file set-up, file maintenance in Agency Management and Imaging SystemQualifications:5-7 years previous insurance industry experience with at least 2-3 years in a brokerage or agency environmentExcellent presentation, written, communication, and customer service skills.Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and OutlookAbility to learn Agency Management and Imaging SystemsMust have resident Agents License in Life and HealthPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience working with small groups preferred.Prior insurance brokerage experience
