Position Summary: This position supports the Mexican market and is responsible for improving the existing customer relationship while extending the current customer base and acquiring request for quotations. This person works as a technical consultant to ensure the customer receives exemplary customer service and the ideal product to suite their needs. The KAPSTOKTECH Outside sales rep will interact closely with other sales reps in the field and with the colleagues in the inside sales department to reach departmental and company goals. Essential Functions:Optimize existing business relationships while adding new accounts.Maintain and build relationships with key principles and decision-makers of specified accounts.Build your own sales territory from your home office.Learn and understand detailed product line in order to support customers with technical and commercial advice.Work closely in cooperation with the US facility in NC and HQ in GermanyMaintain schedule of frequent customer visits which include opportunities for new product introduction, updating of customer forecasts, review of current and future product purchases and gathering of significant market information and trends.Support the inside sales team with phone calls, sample shipments and quotations.    Required Education & Experience:   Bachelor`s degree in technical or business field preferredAt least two years of competitive field sales experience required. Experience in the manufacturing industry, vehicle manufacturing or automotive Tier III suppliers required.Experience in MRO business (e.g. sales of screws, nuts, or clips) or plastic parts is beneficial.Ability to adapt to a variety of customers.Strong work ethics, well organized, highly dedicated, and motivated.Ability to speak English and Spanish fluently preferred,Ability to travel frequently to Mexico support sales activities.Candidate is expected to travel 25% of the month toin Mexico.
