ResponsibilitiesQuality Support: quality training, and quality testing Military ProductsDevelopment and implementation of qualityInvestigating causes of nonconformance by performing statistical analysis of inspectionImplementing corrective actions, and other continuous improvement efforts New Product Introduction (NPI) validation, creating test validation plans, reviewing work instructions, establishing inspection plansEvaluating and assessing of Military document used in providing inputs of proposals for new products.Creatingupdating Military contract: Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) documentsQualificationsKnowledge of and previous working with Military specification and contract are a must.Must have 3 years of Quality Engineer experience working with military contractsBachelors Degree (Engineering, Math, Science, EtcWorking knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, Gauge R&R, SPC, process capability analysis, CARKnowledge with ISO 9001 TS-16949 certification.ASQ CQE andor GreenBlack Six Sigma Certification a plus.Familiarity of ITAR, ATF, EAR a plus.
