POSITION: Food Service DirectorLOCATION: Wenham, MASALARY: 100-105KMetz Culinary Management is growing in our Higher Education Divsion and is seeking an experienced and Hands on Food Service Director General Manager who shares our passion for Food and Service. We are seeking a polished and professional Manager with a winning attitude and ready to hit the ground running in a busy University Dining Setting. Candidates MUST have experience in a CollegeUniversity Dining setting.The Food Service Director has an overall responsibility of food service. Heshe institutes company cycle menus and recipes; plans and oversees purchasing, employee personnel programs, scheduling, bookkeeping, customer and client relations; overseas the food preparation service and sanitation; and is accountable for the total operation results. The General Manager reports to University Administration and The District Manager.Our Leaders share our Values, Attributes, and Strategic Focus reinforcing our culture and values every day to our Team Members creating an environment for personal growth, enrichment and career success.Requirements:· 3+ Plus Years in a Senior Leadership Role in a College or University setting· Solid knowledge of kitchen, café, retail, catering and student dining operations· Solid understanding of Guest and Client Relations· Impeccable Communication Skills· Restaurant Management knowledge· Knowledge of Menu implementation· Culinary or Specialized Restaurant Management Degree strongly preferred
