Renowned Downtown Full-Service, Texas based firm is searching for a Litigation Paralegal to support their Construction Litigation section. Ideal candidate must have prior experience supporting a litigation practice for at least 5 years. Though specific construction litigation experience is not a requirement, it is preferred. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:E-filingDrafting and Summarizing documents.Ability to attend depositionsCommunicating with clientsPrior knowledge of litigation proceduresMust have qualifications include:Software proficiency Microsoft Office proficiencyOrganization skillsDegree of some sort (Bachelors preferred, however high school diploma will be considered but must have strong prior litigation experience)GREAT benefits - medical, dental, vision, life, and PTO and holidays. 401k.
