Our client, a leading provider of integrated security solutions headquartered in Atlanta, is currently seeking Security Systems Resident Lead Technicians in Newnan, Macon or Columbus, Georgia. Committed to delivering top-notch service, they specialize in innovative security solutions customized to address the distinct requirements of clients in diverse commercial sectors, including healthcare, education, government, manufacturing, transportation, and food processing.The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the installation, programming, and management of security systems, ensuring the successful implementation of our integrated security solutions.Essential Requirements:Supply your own essential hand tools.Ability to work standing for extended periods and be comfortable operating various ladders and lifts (Safety training will be provided).Collaborate effectively with fellow Technicians to set and achieve shared goals.Respond to service calls as needed to assist the service department.Maintain and organize the assigned van, van stock, and tools.Must Have Qualifications:Skilled in the pre-wiring and rough-in processes for all system wiring and conduit.Experience in running wire and installing required conduit for various systems, including Video Surveillance, CCTV, Access Control, Burglar Alarm, Voice and Data, Intercom, and Fire Alarm.---Hands-on experience assisting in the installation of all the following field devices.Access Control - Card readers, contacts, door strikes maglocks rex buttons and motions.Burglar Alarms - Contacts, motions, photo beams, keypads, glass break detectors and addressable modules.Fire Alarms - smoke and heat detectors, smoke beams, annunciators, strobes, and hornstrobes.Voice and Data - Jacks, plates, patch panels and RJ45 connectors.Surveillance - CCTV, IP and analog cameras, NVR's, DVR's, video servers, switches and patch panels.---Hand-on experience assisting in the installation of all the following head end equipment.Access Control - Lock power supplies and access control panels.Burglar Alarms - Control panels, zone expanders and power supplies.Surveillance Cameras - DVR's, NVR's, video servers, POE switches and power tercom - Consoles, SIP connection. Preferred Qualifications:Certification in at least 3 major client's systems.Proven experience in security systems installation and programming.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
