Job Description:

The Assistant Project Manager will be assisting Project Executives and Project Managers with full cycle electrical and mechanical construction projects. Responsibilities:Assist with job quotesestimates for customersField workforce managementEstimate new job and projectsAssist with opening new projectsEstimate manpower requirementsPrepare quotations for delivery to customersCoordination with customers for project installationsCompare estimates to actual scope of workAssist in maintaining change order logsReview and Interpret Submittals for Field ForemenPrepare equipment installation schedulesPrepare and manage material submittalsProvide labor and material breakdowns to foremenTrack job progress, issues, and problemsEnter change orders into system and reach out to customers to collect themSkills & Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in the construction industry preferredDegree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Background in HVAC controls Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawingsBluebeam & Procore software experienceHigh degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
