We offer an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant and supportive family-friendly team.THE POSITION: LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEYTraub Lieberman is seeking a defense litigation associate to work in its Palm Beach Gardens office. The candidate should have 2-4 years of insurance defense experience, including conducting depositions and attending court appearances. Job responsibilities include independent case management, conducting depositions and discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, research and analysis, client reporting, time entry, and appearances at case management conferences, mediations and pre-trial settlement conferences.The successful candidate must be a well-organized self-starter and able to manage tasks and deadlines independently, while keeping key stakeholders informed of case status. Traub Lieberman provides a collaborative team environment and institutes an active training program to foster professional growth. The fellow attorneys in the office, including partners, have an open door policy and gladly answer questions to support the success of team members.
