Fantastic mid-sized commercial law firm in Montgomery County has an immediate need for an experienced real estate, corporate and transactional attorney. Candidate must have at least 7 years experience and should be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.Essential Functions:Associate who concentrates hisher practice in real estate transactions, particulary commercial and retail leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of real property and financing. Will work on retail, industrial, mixed use projects, commercial, etc. Financing will include commercial lending, construction loans, acquisition loans. Corporate work may include mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures. Candidate will have opportunity to work with several principals with clients ranging from closely held businesses to multi-national entities.Skills and Qualifications:Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.Strong analytical abilities, excellent writing and communication skills, the ability to manage workload for multiple supervising attorneys.Candidate should be a self starter, willing and able to work independently and as a team player.Excellent attention to detail.Work Environment:Firm currently offering hybid work in officeremote environment, offering a highly competive salary and benefits package and state of the art technology.
