Job Description:

We are currently partnering with a Global Investment Bank on a key hire that will be supporting the legal team & senior bankers on high level M&A transactions. This individual will have the chance to work directly with various business groups and C-suite figures on corporate advisory matters. You will have the ability to grow exponentially on a collaborative team wearing multiple hats as the bank continues its growth on a global scale.Responsibilities:Advise on all strategic M&A transactionsResponsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transactional documentsAdvise C-suite individuals on equity offerings, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings and private placementsAbility to build strategic relationships with internal stakeholders, including investment bankers, product groups and external counselRequirements:JD from a top tier law school12+ years of experience within private practice & in-house environment focusing on M&AIn-House Experience in the Financial Services space requiredM&A experience coming from a Bank or Investment Bank If you are interested in the Managing Director, M&A Counsel position feel free to reach out with an updated copy of your resume.
