Job Description:

Miami and Tampa offices of a firm are looking for an Associate attorney. Previous immigration and labor and employment experience is required, specifically with Employment based immigration (temporary visas as well as permanent residence). Candidates must have excellent knowledge of immigration law and practice backed up with strong academic credentials and research skills. Admittance to practice in Florida is preferred, but not mandatory.
