For more information, visit .Who You AreSomeone who is highly organizedSomeone who is able to juggle multiple things at onceSomeone who is reliable and has a "no task too small" attitudeSomeone who can keep calm under high pressure situationsAbout The RoleThe Bathroom Attendant maintains customer service, ensuring bathrooms are clean and stocked throughout the event and in good working order.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsure the overall guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate guests' needs, providing excellent customer serviceMaintain overall restroom cleanliness, including but not limited to wiping counters and mirrors, dusting surfaces as needed, keeping floors clean and dry, emptying garbage, cleaning mirrors, mopping floors at the end of the shift, etcStock bathroom supplies including paper towels, toilet paper, soap, paper towels, as needed throughout the eventKeep restroom supplies organized including personal care products for guest useNotify supervisor if restroom facilities require repair or maintenanceMaintain awareness of general activities and communicate issues or suspicious activities to management immediatelySafely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipmentComply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and proceduresPreferred QualificationsAbility to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekendsAbility to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environmentAbility to remain professional and courteous at all timesPhysical RequirementsMust be willing to work long shifts, including overnight shiftsMust be able to work standing for long periodsMust be able to move, pull, carry or lift 50 poundsComfortable working in a confined space of variable noise levelsCompensationHourly rate for this role is $16
