Job Description:

Well-established and highly reputable real estate investment firm is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to be responsible for a portfolio of mixed-use properties. 9-5 hours, and work from home 3 days per week!Responsibilities:· Prepare GAAP based financial statements for assigned portfolio· Prepare monthly workpapers and reporting packages· Interface with investors and lenders· Maintain cash forecast model and monitor cash flow· Assist in budget preparation and review· Assist in year-end audit processQualifications:· Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field· Audit andor accounting experience in real estate· Excellent communication skills· Strong computer skills including Excel· Knowledge of Yardi, MRI or similar software is preferred
