In this position you will dive into daily reporting, manage email correspondence with both buyers and internal teams to ensure that retailers purchase orders are entered correctly and shipped in a timely manner. You will additionally collaborate closely with the Sales team to drive impactful changes while helping to maintain showroom excellence and contribute in Direct-to-Consumer sales and Specialty accounts. You will play an important role in setting up seasonal buys with production and following deliveries. Working in our new Blue Cherry ERP system is key to this role.Responsibilities and DutiesManage daily Blue Cherry NSR shipping reports. Work with the team to identify and change any issues that need to be attended too.Review Daily or weekly oversold units in the system, make changes where needed.Assist sales in order processing on manual orders.Maintain and view any orders that come in via EDI.Assist in item set up sheets for Direct-to-consumer websites. Work with Sales to view selling weekly and make changes if needed to site offerings.Provide support to the Sales team by creating and maintaining weekly sales availability reports to move excess inventory anize and distribute marketing photos to accounts where needed for their websites.Assist in always keeping the showroom "sales appointment" ready.Work in conjunction with Sales production on submitting seasonal buys.Help to set up market calendar and register guests where needed.Provide assistance in market appointments where needed to take notes or follow-up on necessary actionable points.Learn to sell and work on some of your own assigned accounts if desired.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent.Prior experience in the industry or related role is preferred.Effective time management and multi-tasking skillsStrong attention to detail and customer service orientation.Creative problem-solving skills and resilience under pressure.Excellent written and verbal communicationProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power - point.Strong excel skills are a plus.
