Our core values are as follows: Courtesy, Respect, Caring, Professionalism, Confidentiality, Integrity, and Accountability.Sign on bonus eligible!PRIMARY DUTIES:Evaluation of patients in outpatient, inpatient, and swing bed, settingsMaintain required paperwork for each patientCommunicate with physicians regarding patients' goals, treatment, and progressDevelop and update a plan of careTreatment of patientsMust be consistent with the Physical Therapy code of standards and code of ethicsMaintain proper documentation on each patientCommunicate with physician, family, and caregivers regarding patients' treatment and progressEducate patient and caregivers regarding condition and self-treatmentFinalize discharge paperworkSupervise of Support StaffUtilize and instruct support staff for patient care and clerical dutiesSupervise StudentsUtilize and instruct physical therapy students during their clinical rotationsCommunicate with PTAsSECONDARY DUTIES:Attend staff meetingsAttend professional conferences as interestedrequestedMaintain professional statusMaintain Indiana State LicensureMaintain communication with support staff regarding billing, referrals, and schedulingDepartmental DevelopmentDevelopmaintain programming relating to physical therapyProvide marketing materialscommunications with referral sourcesAny additional duties as requested by director pertaining to provision of care or departmental function.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Valid Indiana state licenseCPR certificationCurrent driver's licenseShift: Day Monday through Thursday (10 hour days)Apply online or email resume to:
