This person needs to be a Certified Nursing Assistant with one or more years of experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting. They will be working within the Long-Term Care unit and be conducting patient care duties. This person will be given an assignment(s) to complete each day for the residents within their unit. Every new CNA starting gets a full orientation their first day to understand how their unit is run. They will be reporting into the Nurse Manager on that floor as well as the charge nurse each day. Overall looking for an understanding and is well versed in patient care CNA.
