The Restaurant General Manager demonstrates a consistent track record of positive business results and effective, sustained leadership that contributes to the success of their restaurant and the brand. The General Manager upholds all company policies, procedures and standards through their management team and team members. They are responsible for formulating plans to meet sales and profitability targets, deploy new initiatives and develop their team. Some college preferred.Three to five years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience.Passion to serve the guest and the teamPossess a positive attitudeEnjoy working in a fast paced environmentGreat communication skillsAbility to handle multiple priorities and exercise good judgementRespect the adherence to health, safety and sanitation proceduresAbility to effectively manage and motivate a teamCommitted and accountable for all JNN standards, processes and procedures Physical Requirements (Reasonable Accommodations may be requested)Performs duties that require bending, lifting, reaching and turning.
