Bradley Professional is looking for an experienced Production Manager for one of our clients located in Mayodan, NC.Ideal candidate will have multi-family (3 or more stories) experience in modular apartment pods production. Being able to build the production floor and manage all production and quality.The Production Supervisor will lead the multi-unit construction team in building state of the art modular homes. They take pride in being able to accomplish tasks quickly and efficiently, so if you are hardworking, motivated, and like a challenge, then this role is for you!Objectives of this roleEnsure production quality is consistent with current modular construction standardsEnsure the proper planning and execution of the construction project, while overseeing the entire project timelineEnsure the completion of the final product happens as efficiently and safely as possibleEnsure the successful management of the labor force and labor budget with a high level of quality productionResponsibilitiesOverseeing modular manufacturing and production processes by creating and executing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production schedulesOverseeing that all jobs are completed timelyDevelop and implement operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product qualityAllocating labor resources, tracking production schedules and cost adjustmentsManaging the production staff and ensure that all tasks are completed correctly and to the highest standardsSkills and QualificationsExperience in modular construction is requiredAbility to read blueprints or technical diagramsAbility to interpret shop drawings to ensure work is done properlyUnderstanding of modular manufacturing quality and project management systemsEfficient modular construction time management.Understanding forecasting and budgeting.Ability to prioritize work assignments using logic and good judgment.Must be able to meet deadlines, multi-task and work under pressurePossess great work ethic and can work as a Team with others.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Ability to Pay attention to detail under pressure.Excellent organizational, leadership and team building skills.
