Our practice is a proud Amputation Prevention Center.Role DescriptionTulsa Cardiovascular Center of Excellence is seeking a full-time Cardiology Physician Assistant to work on-site at our South Tulsa location in Oklahoma. The Cardiology Physician Assistant will be responsible for assisting in patient assessments, administering treatments, monitoring patients, managing patient care, and educating patients and their families. The position will work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff.QualificationsGraduate of an accredited Physician AssistantLicensed by the State of Oklahoma as a Physician Assistant and in good standing with the state medical boardAt least 1 years of experience in cardiology, cardiovascular disease, or a related field is preferredStrong clinical skills and knowledge of cardiology and cardiovascular healthProficiency in conducting physical exams and interpreting diagnostic tests, including EKGs and echocardiogramsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals with empathy and respectStrong organizational skills and attention to detail to provide quality healthcare to patientsDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to staying current on developments in cardiology and cardiovascular health, and continuous learning and personal developmentCompetitive salary.
