This position also conducts in-person and virtual events for both spa location and department stores.TASKS & DUTIESEvents (20%): Conduct animations at spas, department stores and various points of sale by performing facials (in person or virtual depending on client's need).Trainings (60%): Deliver technical and theoretical trainings that are informative, engaging and maximize product knowledge retention on the latest skin care techniques and product launches.Develop a trusting relationship with clients and their teams.Consistently deliver extraordinary Valmont professional esthetic services and sales advice to clients.Maintain a high level expertise in product and protocol knowledge.Administrative tasks (15%): Organize schedule and own travel coordination, according to the requests of the sales team; Ensure that all paperwork after every traininganimation is completed and submitted; Follow-up on the development of client needs; Organization of trainings; (logistics, food, supplies, kit replenishment, etc)Meetings (5%): Attend virtual and in-person corporate meetings including the Employee Summit (Biannually).COMPETENCIESExcellent knowledge of beauty care.Capacity to learn quickly.Technical ability to perfect Valmont's face & body protocols.Excellent communication skills, comfortable in public speaking.Customer oriented.Highly collaborative; working with and through others in a team-oriented environment.Able to work in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision.Entrepreneurial, competitive, self-confident, and self-motivated.Fluent in English, French an asset. QUALIFICATIONS CanadianAmerican esthetician diploma and proficiency, essential.Three or more years' experience in a similar position, essential.Prior experience in a luxury environment, asset.OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATIONSAble to work a flexible schedule based on the customers needs that could include nights andor weekends.Travel within the designated territory is necessary with occasional outside travel as required (up to 80%).
