The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of probate litigation experience.This firm prides itself on serving their clients, community, and profession with excellence. The attorneys are able to combine their training, experience, and background with technology to provide big firm capability and boutique firm personal touch. In this role you will work closely with the partners and associates to handle matters that involve disagreements among heirs or beneficiaries, challenges to the actions of the executor or administrator, claims of undue influence or fraud, or disputes over the interpretation of the will or trust.
