Visit  to learn more about what we offer. Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, hybrid role located in Southern, NJ with flexible hours. The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst will be responsible for working with clients and their families to develop and implement behavior plans, provide parent education, and facilitate skills acquisition. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and may involve travel to clients' homes. Duties include the below: Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the needs and goals of clients with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorders.Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, including teaching new skills and reducing problem behaviors.Collect and analyze data on client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care for clients.Train and supervise behavior technicians or other staff members working with municate regularly with clients' families to provide updates on progress and offer support. QualificationsStrong communication skills and the ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.Current certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.At least 1 year experience working with adults with autism or other developmental disabilities.Experience in Positive Behavioral Supports andor Applied Behavioral Analysis.Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans. The Ideal CandidateInterested in part-time workLooking to supplement their full-time jobLooking to earn extra moneyLooking to work with a small and relaxed teamNew or already established BCBA
