Seeking an energetic & caring medical office receptionist for a growing orthopedic sports medicine practice. Customer service & strong computer skills are essential! Must be able to perform multiple tasks in a busy front-office setting to include answering telephones and handling patient registration and checkout functions in addition to general office duties. Full-time, M-F with some evenings. Desired Skills & Expertise for Medical Office Receptionist: Must have at least 1 year of medical office receptionist experience Preference for experience with Medent EMR and orthopedic or physical therapy experience The successful medical office receptionist candidate will have exceptional communication and customer service skills - do something exceptional, above and beyond what is expected to create raving fans. The medical office receptionist will have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. This individual must be proactive and demonstrate problem-solving aptitude with minimal supervision. Must be passionate, determined, and have a sense of urgency. Enthusiastically embrace, encourage, and drive change to help the practice grow and improve. Maintains established company policies and procedures for safety, environmental, and infection control standards. Participate in outreach activities as a representative of Victory Sports Medicine & Orthopedics. Ability to showcase the benefits of our services and build rapport with patients will be essential to your success.  Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Disability insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred) Medical office: 1 year (Required) Sales experience 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
