Job Description:

We are looking for contractors in the PNW, Desert SW, Texas and Georgia.This is a contract gig, not employment. We offer projects, you pick and choose what works for you. Projects typically range from five to seven days, with exceptions on both ends. Our subcontractors invoice us between $80k - $190k per year, individually.Contractor's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:Electronic Lock InstallationAccessExit Device Installation (power supplies, magnetic locks, electric strikes, remote controllers, push-to-exit, motion sensor, panic bars)Software System Setup & UpgradesBluetooth Low Energy Mobile KeyRF Networking & Product CommissioningEnd User Training ServicesOn-Site Customer Service & SupportSite Surveys for Locks & RF Networks Contractor furnishes all tools required to perform work described, follow all guidelines and requirements concerning contract work for the client and maintain efficient and timely communication with contract holder. This is hard work, requiring dexterous use of power tools ranging from a cordless drill to a door mortiser (you may have to look that up). This is technical work, requiring the deployment of servers, ethernet encoders, gateways, and routers. We are customer-facing in nearly all aspects of our work, whether that customer is our point of contact on the job site or a guest resident watching us modify their door and installing their new electronic lock. Be honest about your abilities if you're going to pursue a contract with us - don't waste our time with wild aspirations that your skills and work ethic cannot support.
