POSITION SUMMARY:Filling a key marketing role within the OX GROUP GLOBAL business, you will apply your understanding of the Digital Marketing mix to create solutions and strategies for OX Group Global brands. In this role, you are responsible for the implementation, delivery, measurement and optimization of the strategic objectives and campaigns. The vision of the role is to leapfrog OX Group Global brands in the world of Digital and drive the consumer digital Path To Purchase to create Demand Generation with new and existing end users across the relevant digital platforms.An exciting opportunity for the right individual to shape the future of the OX Global Digital Strategy.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and oversee all aspects of the OX Group Global Digital Marketing Strategy (360 approach).Collaborate cross-functionally to develop a consistent online customer experience and identify new opportunities to increase conversion and cultivate improved relationships with our audiences. Identify and develop opportunities to drive traffic, increase reach, acquire new customers, and increase sales.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create, update, and maintain various digital properties such as websites, landing pages, and microsites in support of digital marketing campaigns including email, CPCCPA programs, paid search, SEO, display, and mobile.Alignment with the regional Marketing teams to execute marketing campaign objectives and content.Maintain an integrated marketing and content calendar to ensure alignment across paid media, owned media, and email channels globally Manage day-to-day operations of paid media (PPC) and email (eCRM) platforms. Interpreting, understanding and acting on performance metrics to optimize further executions. Develop and execute the Social Media strategy, incorporating user-generated content, organic and paid activity that delivers against key marketing initiatives. Provide direction on the creation of engaging content for our brands and content framework development. Support in developing governance and principles for all digital communications to ensure the brand reputation standards are met. Maintain clean, accurate, and stable end user databases that are compliant with legislation. Develop and monitor campaign budgets within overall Digital Marketing budget. Work closely with customer support team to resolve customer service issues raised via social media channels and oversee the resolution of community management KPI's. Acting as a Brand ambassador, nurturing positive relationships with our audiences through interaction in line with brand tone of voice. Implement communication avenues and ways of connecting with target audiences that are meaningful and purpose-driven throughout the customer journey.Ensure all digital marketing activity is tracked and measured wherever possible.Track, evaluate and report on social media interactions on a regular basis and summarize monthly for the Management Team. Track digital marketing campaign performance and KPIs; Evaluate market research, test results, and competitive intelligence to adjust digital marketing strategies to meet changing market conditions.Actively monitor industry trends, advancements and competitor activity to provide exceptional experiences to consumers.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Demonstrated ability to deliver effective paid media campaigns across search and display that drive customer acquisition, engagement and sales seamlessly across marketing channels while maintaining brand integrity.Experience in marketable database growth (acquisition) strategies, and in executing email marketing campaigns such as welcome series, triggered, newsletter, promotional, and post-purchase streams, measuring performance and optimizing to KPI targets.Experience with direct execution and coordination of Media Buying across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and possibly new Platforms.Working experience of a social media scheduling management platform.Proven ability to manage content calendars and campaigns, develop enhanced content and track execution. Creativity to develop relevant content that will engage end users throughout the customer journey. Demonstrated experience utilizing email (eCRM) management platforms. Experience and knowledge of utilizing Google Analytics tools to develop reports and insights. Foundational knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles. Experience adhering to brand fundamentals and guidelines. Strong project managementorganizational skills and strong attention to detail Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is desired. Understanding of content management systems (CMS) a plus.Experience interacting and engaging with micro-influencers. Creative self-starter with ability to multi-task in a highly energetic, fast-paced environment. Exceptional English communication skills (written, verbal) and presentation skills.Exceptional organizational and project management fortable processing and analyzing data. Marketing degree or Business degree with a focus on digital marketing preferred. Recognized Digital Training qualifications preferred. 3+ years of experience gained across relevant digital marketing disciplines. Leadership experience preferred however not essential.
