The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability concisely summarize data findings and propose concrete solutions to data challenges. Able to mine various internal and external data sets to extract critical data elements that need to be tracked by the department. Collates, cleanses, and organizes multiple data sets to identify data trends, data anomalies and conduct deep dive data analysis. Compile critical data elements and analyze to summarize for various stakeholders.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data integrity gaps to correct and monitor data improvement outcomes. Implement automated process provided by business owners to diagnose and resolve data gaps and create business reports. Reviews data with stakeholders to recognize patterns, identify opportunities and support continuous process improvement efforts. Collaborates on QA process of data outputs with business owner to ensure accuracy in data output. Minimum Qualifications:1. A Masters degree or advanced clinical degree from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of experience gathering and documenting business, clinical, andor functional requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis or related in a clinical, allied health, non-allied health, behavioral health, information technology, information services, business, analytics or related area; or, one (1) year of experience in a relevant clinical andor healthcare administration rolefunction; or 2. A Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of experience as described above; or 3. A satisfactory combination of education, training, and experience. 4. Specialty certification(s) issued by a national commercially available program, state, professional society, academic or technical institution in an area(s) listed above, may be credited on a month-to-month basis toward the required work experience for a total of one (1) year.Department PreferencesUse analytical tools such as Tableau for data analysis and visualizationExperience with Business AnalysisExperience in other IT roles or functions such as quality assurancetesting, development, enterprise architecture, or project management5+ years of work experience in data analysis and visualizationExperience working with healthcare data and helping business making better data driven decisions.
