Candidates must be computer proficient as they are paperless company.Job RequirementsQualifications:1+ years billing and Coding with ICD-10Orthopedic Pain ManagementSurgery experienceKnowledge of Electronic Medical Records, Collections, Payment Posting, Reimbursement, Billing, and Personal Injury ExperienceKnowledge of HIPPA, ICD-10 codes, and CPT codes is requiredKnowledge of EOB's required Essential Job functions and responsibilitiesReceives, investigates, and responds to inquiries from attorneys, providers, and supervisorsResearches any error and makes necessary correctionsFollow up with the manager to make sure all claims are submitted in a timely mannerActively follow-up and collect on all assigned payers, and facilitiesFollow up on payment errors, review posting, and calculate allowable amount before approving patient statementsReview Insurance EOB and initiate appeals as necessaryResolves all insurance requests, inquiries, concerns, in an expedient and respectful manner
