As a window and door installer for our team this is a great business opportunity to be a part of a leader in the industry!Compensation & Benefits~ Average pay for a 2-3 person crew $200,000-$250,000 per year*, paid weekly Year-round work to keep you busy even in the winter months (no weekends!) Job materials and dumpsters are provided to complete the installation at no cost to you Devoted managers are on staff to assist you in a smooth project completionPay varies based on volume and work completed*Qualifications~ 3+ years of experience installing residential windows and doors. Must have a New Jersey home improvement contracting license (New York home improvement license also a plus!) Must have a valid driver's license and enclosed trailer or truck, cargo van, or box truck to transport windows along with a metal brakeand tools to perform windowdoor installations. Must have a metal brake and experience using a metal brake. Must be fully insured and provide proof of liability, auto and workers' compensation insurance. Must be EPA certified and Lead certified in the state of New Jersey. Must possess a high degree of organizational and time management skills.
