Office Administrator Executive Assistant - Boutique Real Estate Firm - $60k-$70k A boutique, full service real estate firm with over four decades in the industry is seeking a jack of all trades administrative professional to support executive leadership, assist with office operations, and participate in the management of their real estate holdings. This role offers a unique chance to grow within the organization, collaborate closely with senior management, and engage in exciting projects within the real estate industry.This role offers quality of life hours - 9:30am-5:30pm and the flexibility to work one day a month from home. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with solid internship experience to join the real estate industry. Responsibilities:Assist in the day-to-day office operations, ensuring the smooth running of the office environment.Purchase equipment and supplies, restock office materials, and maintain inventory.Ensure the proper filing and organization of office paperwork and records.Manage executive calendars and scheduling, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are well-organized.Handle the processing of expenses for executive leadership, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Coordinate travel arrangements for executive leadership when required.Attend select meetings, take detailed notes, and circulate meeting minutes or summaries to relevant parties.Support the accounts receivable and accounts payable needs of the firm.Assist with lease administration, including lease renewals, billing inquiries, and insurance management.Develop and maintain a close working relationship with senior management, providing them with exceptional administrative support.Gain a valuable learning opportunity and exposure to the real estate industry, including its operations, processes, and investor relations.Collaborate on special projectsQualifications:1+ years of relevant experience in office administration, internship experience can work.Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.Proficiency in office software and communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, calendar software).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new pensation: $60k-$70k plus bonus and benefitsThe above salary range represents Advice's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is not reflective of the total compensation package, which may also include benefits, equity and other non-cash incentives.Please send your resume for immediate consideration to: If this particular role isn't the ideal fit, please feel free to forward your resume to the email above to explore other available opportunities.
