Earnings potential of $100K to $250K and availability of year-round work for industry-leading workmanship and customer satisfaction.Highlights of the Sub-Contracting Opportunity:Execute window and door installations sold by the Marvin Replacement sales team utilizing various trade methods standard within the industry.Provide superior customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication and treatment of our municate all product and install issues to appropriate parties, including Marvin Replacement team and customer.Hours will vary and will be influenced heavily on the wants and needs of our customers.You're the right fit if you have:At least two years of experience installing windowsHistory and passion for high quality workmanshipAbility to safely transport windows and doors from our warehouse to job sites and ownership of own toolsExcellent and detail-oriented interior and exterior trim expertise required (e.g. break work, capping, caulking)At least one additional helper to complete the jobsProvide Certificate insurance for Commercial General Liability, Employer's Liability, Automobile Liability, and Statutory Required Worker's CompensationStrong preference for individual with, or willing to obtain, following licensescertifications: Installation Masters Certification, EPA LRRP Lead-Safe CertificationInstallers must have required GC andor HIC license in one or more of the following Counties: Nassau, Rockland, Suffolk, Westchester, City of Yonkers, East Hampton, South Hampton, City of Long BeachEOEJob Type: ContractSalary: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per yearLicenseCertification:General Contractor License (Required)Work Location: On the road
