Job Description: We are looking for an outgoing person to generate prospects and convert them into customers.About the Position:- Generate leads and then convert leads prospects into customers.- Build and maintain relationships with clients, General Contractors, Real Estate Developers, Agents and Brokers.- Maintain online presence with up-to-date information on social media.- Assist in marketing efforts to generate leads.- Help our customers throughout the sales and purchasing processes including preparing contracts, pricing and assisting with the closing.- Keep customers updated on construction start and completion dates.- Ensure model home and "For Sale" properties are in good and marketable condition at all times.- Provide all customers and prospects with excellent service every time they come into the model and throughout the entire building process.Qualifications:• Minimum 3 years of experience in new construction sales.• Expertise in deploying effective sales methodologies.• Proven ability to adapt strategies based on market segments.• Strong relationship management skills.About You:• Be friendly and outgoing• Have a proven track record of success in sales• Have previous experience in real estate and new construction homes• Be proficient in Microsoft Office including: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint• Be proficient in social media including: Facebook and InstagramJob Type: Full-timePay: $110,000-$140,000Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid time offTravel requirement:25-50% travelWork Location: In person
