Because of this tremendous recent growth, and the expected continued growth in the industry, our company is hiring and training top-tier healthcare recruiters and sales professionals in the Atlanta area.ROLE OVERVIEW:The Account Representative (AR) program is a 6-9 month self-paced training program where you will learn how to be successful as a Healthcare Sales or Recruiting Account Executive. Account Representatives are responsible for assisting Account Executives with business development by lead generation which entails contacting and qualifying active and passive prospective candidates andor clients, using a screening process to assess their needs and viability, and presenting their findings to the respective Associate Account Executive andor Account Executive. Generates recruiting leads for Associate Account Executives andor Account Executives by contacting clients via telephone calls, e-mails, text messages, and third-party site messaging.Receives inbound calls and inquiries from new andor prospective clients.Uses Marketing Cloud and Distributed Marketing e-mail tools to source new client leads.Contacts client facility leaders, including but not limited to, c-suite executives, medical directors, and department heads to qualify them, sell our services, and inquire about needs for locum tenens coverage.Reviews external job boards to prospect new business opportunities.Updates and verifies pertinent information such as client contact name, job titles, contact information, staffing levels, and personnel needs for specialty departments in the company database information.Submits qualified opportunities for new business to the Associate Account Executive or Account Executive for the respective partnership with the Associate Account Executive or Account Executive, develops and maintains new and existing client relationshipsManages daily schedule of calls, meetings, and follow upsAchieves or exceeds daily and monthly activity goals and metrics as set by their manager.Exceeds KPI production metrics measured by all communication activity.Keeps management informed of area activities, significant issues, and changes in recruiting volumeWorks with Marketing Director to send appropriate targeted marketing materials to clients as needed.May serve as back-up to an Associate Account Executive andor Account Executive as needed.Assists Associate Account Executives, Account Executives and other production team members as needed.QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.Previous corporate experience preferred but not required.Previous retail or professional sales experience preferred but not required.Previous Customer Service experience preferred but not required.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESAbility to adhere to and always exhibit the Company ValuesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TeamsWorking knowledge of Bullhorn or Similar CRM systemsAbility to effectively manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced sales environmentStrong attention to detailStrong customer service mindsetStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independentlyStrong communication skills - both oral and writtenSolid critical thinking and creative problem-solving skillsAbility to negotiate and influenceAbility to research leads and potential business opportunitiesAbility to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentialityThis role will sit onsite in Florham Park, NJ with the potential to earn up to 2 days remote.
