Key Accountabilities:Delivery of IT infrastructure Solutions, reference architectures, product selection, product standards and design patternsConduct research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in support of security enhancement and development effortsWork with Business and IT stakeholders to contribute in the identification and development of systems SLA'sContribute in the improvement of service availability, stability and development of performance baselines and ensure proactive systems, applications and end user experience and business process monitoring, Tune monitoring systemdashboards and respond to monitoring alerts.
