Nutrenare-Ag is a company dedicated to manufacture agricultural specialty products involved into the physiology and nutrition of the plants, was born in 2005 from parent company COSMOCEL, a growing company in the agriculture industry, establishing its first USA manufacturing facility in September 2013, in Waxahachie TX.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in chemical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.Must be authorized to work in the U.S.3+ years of Production Management experience (production schedules and reports, KPI's Inventories)1+ years of Process Engineering experience (process control variables, problem solving tools)Leadership, Organization and Strategic thinking.Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze production, quality control, maintenance, and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).Manage of SIMA (production software) to create and close WO.Manage of raw material and packaging inventories.Responsible for updates, changes and reviews of Protocols, Work instructions and visual Aid's, Following QCS.Lead and motivate team to work with high order and COSMOCEL we have the value of "people are the heart of the company, treat them well, expect a lot from them and the rest will follow", that is why we act under a principle of equal opportunities, where we promote and make sure to treat them well and develop them without distinction or discrimination of any kind.
