Job Description:

***We are seeking a highly skilled Equity Trade Support Associate and Associate Director to join our team- Hybrid NYC***Key Responsibilities:Perform trade capture and affirmation for equity trades accurately and in a timely manner.Monitor trade settlements through CNS and ensure all trades are settled within the specified timeframes.Reconcile trade discrepancies and resolve any settlement issues promptly.Collaborate closely with internal teams such as trading desks, middle office, and back office to ensure seamless trade processing.Manage communication with counterparties, custodians, and clearing firms to resolve settlement-related queries.Conduct regular reconciliations of trade positions and cash balances to identify and rectify any discrepancies.Stay updated with industry regulations and market practices related to equity settlements and CNS processes.Participate in projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and mitigating settlement risks.Provide support during audits and regulatory examinations by ensuring all relevant documentation and processes are in compliance with regulatory requirements.Assist in training new team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.Required Qualifications:2+ years of experience in equity trade support roles, with specific exposure to CNS processes.Strong understanding of equity trade lifecycle and settlement processes.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve trade-related discrepancies.Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy in trade processing and reconciliation.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced trading environment.Knowledge of regulatory requirements governing equity trading and settlement operations.
