Purpose As the Marketing Assistant, you will gain hands-on experience in executing marketing initiatives and contributing to the success of our innovative medical devices. You'll have the opportunity to learn from the individuals that have played a part in building the business while helping thousands of people worldwide. Responsibilities: Content Creation: Assist in the development of marketing content, including copywriting for brochures, product descriptions, and promotional materials. Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to maintain accurate and up-to-date content on the company website. Digital Marketing Support: Aid in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email marketing, and online advertising. Monitor social media channels for engagement, responding to inquiries and fostering positive interactions. Event Logistics: Provide logistical support for industry conferences, trade shows, and other events, including coordinating booth logistics, preparing materials, and managing event schedules. Market Research Assistance: Assist in gathering data for market research projects, including competitor analysis and industry trends. Compile and organize research findings to support informed decision-making in marketing strategies. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the sales team to provide them with marketing materials and support for customer interactions. Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and regulatory affairs, to gather information for marketing initiatives. Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative duties related to marketing, including organizing files, maintaining marketing databases, and tracking marketing expenses. Coordinate meetings and assist in the preparation of presentation materials. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in branding across various marketing materials, both digital and print. Uphold the company's brand standards and guidelines in all marketing collateral. What We're Looking for Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of digital marketing tools. Team player with a positive and proactive attitude. Previous internship or experience in a marketing role is a plus.
